Are you selling the site, or the template, or what? Would you have to give any passwords out or whatever?

Well, I’m attempting to sell the site, that is, all the pages of it. It will require hosting and a domain to be arranged by the buyer. I read an article by a guy who sells “crappy websites” on ebay. I don’t know if I’ll get my time worth out of it or not, but I’ve figured out how to make these article sites really fast with adsense etc. now, which is like an hour or less.
